• SHIPPING POLICY

We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday (orders confirmed after 15.00WIB will be processed on the next working day).

It takes 1-2 working days to process your order before we send it to expedition.

We will ship your order when you finished your payment and confirmation payment by web smooch the label or WA.

If you confirm on (starting from 00.01 am), your order will be processed on Monday of the next week. Note that our order process contains of checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

 

 

• SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

If the product will be returned to us or product have deffect and customer want to change product will the same price. customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee. But, If product deffect, wrong color and size from our store. Our store will be bear the cost of the shipping.

If there are any shipping errors coming from Smooch The Label, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending or returning the product to us.
